Chili is the first wearable cordless phone, MP3 player, Podcast and Web stream receiver ... all in one. Advanced features include push-to-talk (one unit to another), audio alerts, voice mail and audio e-mail (with service), Internet radio. All accessed with an extremely intuitive, three-button interface. Premium services can be downloaded using a proprietary scripting language.

According to the Siemens AG, cordless phones are a $4 billion market in the United States ($9 billion worldwide) with more than 43 million sets sold in 2004. The market is growing at 3% per year. 62% of teenagers use IM (Pew Internet & Life, 2004); 53% of teens (12-17) have broadband access (Nielsen Net Ratings, August 2004).
