Unlike large collaboration systems such as Microsoft SharePoint, salesforce.com, or Lotus Notes, and unlike light collaboration systems like wikis and blogs, Liaise helps you manage getting work done with others without requiring anyone to change the way they work today.
Product Description
Liaise automates the capture and management of KeyPoints (tasks, issues, dates and priorities) buried inside emails, IMs and other communications. As you type, Liaise intelligently and automatically captures KeyPoints in your messages, and provides summaries, calendar integration and reports. Liaises online service enables advanced management of interactions across teams. We call this Business Interaction Management. Liaise makes interactions with your suppliers, customers, prospects, and staff more effective without changing the way you work.
Market Opportunity
Liaises solution has the capability of adding Business Interaction Management to all forms of communications: email, IM, SMS, blogs and more. As a new approach to the collaboration space, Liaise is addressing and growing the $34 billion collaboration market with tools for people whose needs are currently not addressed.
DEMO Says
Like many business people, my email inbox is my to-do list, each messaging a task requested or implied. Flags and folders are a not much of an organizing principle, and frankly the fastest way to get a chore out of my inbox is to forward it to someone else. It's not much of a system, but it's all I've got. Until now. Liaise works like I do, inside email, but it better organizes the tasks I need to tackle and much more efficiently tracks the ones I've assigned to someone else. Most importantly, Liaise doesn't ask me to change my work habits in order to get the benefit of better organization. It doesn't demand that I recruit my team to work with the tool. It doesn't lose a thread if I jump between email and chat. What it does do is bring control and visibility to the tasks that drive my days.
