- Product Description
- GoodLink is a standards-based wireless messaging and application access system that provides mobile field forces with a two-way wirelessly-synchronized connection to Microsoft Exchange Server (enterprise email, contacts, calendar, notes and tasks) and other critical applications like CRM, ERP and SCM. GoodLink’s robust architecture incorporates VeriSign triple-DES end-to-end encryption of all email, data and attachments. The GoodLink system includes synchronizing server software, security and application software for managing multiple networks, platforms and a variety of devices including the Good™ G100, the Treo 600 (Palm OS) and Windows Mobile™-based Pocket PC devices (available soon).
- Market Opportunity
- As professionals become increasingly mobile, enterprises are demanding wireless messaging and corporate data access solutions that are standards-based and provide “future-proof” flexibility, security, and reliability that do not require vendor or platform lock-in. Good Technology provides products and services that ensure carrier, device, and OS independence to serve this market. The Radicati Group projects the corporate messaging software market to reach $4.4B by 2007.
- DEMO Says
- Since its re-launch a little more than a year ago (you may remember that this company started life as a publisher of Handspring Springboard modules), Good Technology has made steady progress growing its customer base and gaining marketshare on No. 1 competitor RIM. Today, Good Technology leapfrogs that competition with a vastly more feature-rich PocketPC edition.
