DEMO Says
“We are, without question, steeped in an age of instant communications. When we reach out to touch someone, we expect they will be there — by phone, by instant message, by email, if we can wait that long. Communications is only going to become more immediate and to manage that immediacy, we’ll need the tools to manage our availability in the virtual world. We know from past products Convoq has brought to DEMO that this company fully understands the challenges. And in this latest offering, Convoq gives us not just the tools to be presence aware, but to ensure that we have rich interactions when we do make those instant conventions.”
