Market Opportunity: The worldwide packaged software industry for all platforms was estimated by IDC at $179 billion in 2004 — a 5% growth over 2003 revenues. 2005 revenues are expected to see a 5% to 6% growth. Our target is the application tools segment for professional and non-professional programmers.
