Workshare’s new product, codenamed “Hygiene” removes inadvertent and malicious inside-out document security leaks without any business disruption. Workshare “Hygiene” utilizes advanced document contextual analysis, smart client interactivity, and flexible policy management to provide complete control over the format, user permissions and rights, and perimeter distribution of sensitive documents.

- IDC estimates the total market for content security is $3 billion today, and $7 billion in 2008. One of the fastest growing sub-segments of this market is that of “inside-out” content security. The total number of information workers creating documents with Office is more than 200 million, representing the target market.
