- Triumfant Resolution Manager is enterprise software that uses patent-pending analytics to resolve computer problems. The system builds an initial reference model based on scanning over 200,000 data points per computer on a network. It establishes a baseline for all computing assets under management. Resolution Manager automatically identifi es anomalies that are present in the environment and removes them with surgical precision. It is effective in discovering and eliminating known, as well as unknown, anomalies.

- IDC forecasts a $1.032 billion market in 2007, growing at an 8.1% compound annual growth rate for incident and problem management. Triumfant Resolution Manager is targeted at the large enterprise and government markets. The small and medium business market will be penetrated through relationships with managed service providers and help desk aggregators.
