Circle members can make live presentations, hold audio or video conferences, share documents and more; all the tools are built-in. The circle not only stores shared files, but also records meetings and presentations for future reference, and for those who can't participate.

- Despite their advantages in our age of telecommuting, we can all agree that GoToMeeting and WebEx have become more trial than useful tool. So we were almost giddy when talking with OpenACircle. This innovative Texas company has thrown everything but the kitchen sink into its Web conferencing solution - and it all works. The best part though is the recording function, which allows participants to rewind to specific parts of a meeting. We use the heck out of conferencing tools in our demonstrator interviews. And we plan to wave goodbye to the rest of them now.
