What better way to back up your pitch than with hard-copy information? Create an information sheet that accentuates your pitch. Don't just describe your product; tell attendees a little more about the company, and let them know where they can go for more information after DEMO09. It is frustrating to run out, so bring approximately 200-250 pieces.

Please remember that there is a limited amount of storage space in your demonstrator station. Literature must fit on the counter-top part of the display (57" in width x 27" in depth) or in the space beneath; the rest can be stored in your hotel room. No literature racks or additional furniture of any kind are permitted in the pavilion to accommodate literature. Product literature must be provided in print or electronic media form only.
