Your Demonstrator Station

Take everything you’ve learned about trade shows and throw it out the window! Forget spending your marketing dollars on flashy signs, expensive giveaways, and bells-and-whistle props for your station. We provide everything you’ll need at DEMO. Your demonstrator station in the Pavilion will be identical to that of all others: a clean, professional area where you can concentrate on your presentation. You will need to bring two sets of equipment to show your product – one set for your demonstrator station in the pavilion and one set for your on-stage demonstration in the Grande Ballroom.*

Each demonstrator company will have one station in the Pavilion. It is equipped with everything you need for your DEMO product launch:

  Kiosk-style counter at 57" (w) x 27" (d) x 42" (h)*
• 2 stools
• 10 amps of power, 4 electrical outlets (additional power can be purchased through Freeman)
• Shared internet connectivity
• Signage (24" x 37") (no additional signage allowed)

*Equipment (monitors, computers etc.) is not included in the demonstrator station package; that is the responsibility of each demonstrator company to coordinate if needed. 

The following additional features will not be permitted. To help attendees focus on your company and your product, none of the following are allowed:

• No additional signage
• No additional furniture
• No “tchotchkes” (see product giveaways)

Your product & equipment must fit on the counter-top portion of the kiosk provided (57" in width x 27" in depth ), or in the space beneath and equipment cannot cover the signage we provide. All equipment taller than 30 inches in height and 57 inches wide will need to be reviewed.

The equipment you are bringing to your station must be approved by completing and submitting your Pavilion Station Equipment Form to Jackie DiPerna by Monday, August 24. For the DEMO team to properly prepare for the Pavilion setup, you will need to list all equipment/materials that you will have at your demonstrator station. This should include any items you are bringing yourself as well as any that you are ordering through our preferred vendors or a vendor of your choice. Please include any special needs/requests as well. Submitting this form does not place the order for you through the vendor, you will need to do that separately. All requests need to be approved before the conference.

Signage

The appearance of the DEMO Pavilion is designed to focus attention on products, not companies. The cost of your demonstrator station includes a sign identifying your company name, product name and station number. This is provided to you by the DEMO team. To maintain a level playing field among all demonstrators, no additional signs, banners, or posters will be permitted.
