Conference Registration - Due by August 28

Complimentary Pass Information

As a demonstrator, you receive 3 complimentary DEMO Conference passes. All of your staff needs to be registered for the conference in order to receive a conference badge and be admitted into conference areas.

You can register staff online or by calling the DEMO registration line at 800-643-4668.

Additional instructions on how to register staff via the complimentary pass will be emailed to your main logistics contact from Jackie DiPerna. The email will include a unique registration code for your company only which you will need when registering staff via the free pass either online or by phone. You will need to register each staff member individually.

Your three complimentary passes can go to any members of your company, this includes those participating in the on-stage demonstration. Once you have registered three complimentary passes, any additional employees will need to be registered online or by phone via the discounted rate of $995 per pass. Once you have used your unique code for the 3 free passes, the site will automatically switch over to the discounted pass and will instruct you how to register additional staff via that pass.

Companions and/or spouses are welcome. There is a $250 companion fee. Companions are permitted to attend conference meals and social events. The companion fee does not include general session attendance. Companions must be registered and wear badges to all conference events.

Discounted Pass Information

Once you have used all of your complimentary passes and you have more than three members from your company attending, you will be able to register additional staff at the discounted rate of $995. You will need to register each staff member individually. This can be done online or via phone. Once the initial 3 are registered, it will automatically direct you to the discounted rate.

Please note - the standard conference rate for general attendees is $2995. $995 is a discounted rate for demonstrators only.

Helpful Hints

• After you register each individual, please click on the “Register Another” button to register the next staff member.
• Make sure to click on “Complete Registration” before exiting out of the event registration site no matter how many you have registered. If not, those you have inputted may not be in our system, therefore not registered for the event.
• After you enter 3 names, your code via the free pass becomes invalid. You will need to hit the "Complete Registration" button in order to finalize those registrations and proceed to the discounted pass if needed.
• Once you have completed the registration process for your free passes, and you click on the “Register Another” button to register additional staff members via the discounted pass, you will be brought back to the main event registration page. If you use the unique code again, an error message will appear saying that this code is no longer valid. Enter the word "DEMONSTRATOR" in the required field. This will start the registration process for the discounted $995 pass.
• If the companion pass was selected, that fee will need to be paid before completing the registration process.
