Registration & Information Desk Open (Bayview Foyer, outside Grande Ballroom)
12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Mandatory demonstrators meeting in the Grande Ballroom. At least one member of your demonstrator team must attend. (We suggest all team members attend.)
1:00 pm - 5:00 pm Demonstrator Pavilion open for setup. Stations must be ready and equipment/internet access tested by 5:00 pm. Please deliver press kits to the press room and keep approximately 200 pieces of product literature for your station. (Tented Pavilion)
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Welcome Reception (The Lanai)
7:00 - 9:00 pm CEO & Dealmakers Dinner - this exclusive networking event is designed to introduce and engage the founders and leaders of our demonstrating class with the investment community in attendance.

7:00 am (EST) Demonstrators can publicly announce product and send out main DEMO press release

Networking Dinners:
Join fellow attendees for dinner and enjoy the beautiful waterfront area of San Diego. The DEMO team is available to help facilitate dinner with fellow participants. Stop by the registration desk and choose from a select group of area restaurants available. Costs associated with the dinners are the responsibility of each individual.
9:00 pm - 10:00 pm

DEMO Networking Lounge (Harbors Edge Restaurant):
Cool Cocktails. Late Night Nibbles. Casual Connections. This is a great opportunity to continue networking with press, attendees and demonstrators, share your views on the day's demonstrations and look ahead to another full day of DEMO. Come to the Harbor's Edge for your favorite cocktail or choose from a special selection we'll have available to you.

DEMO Award Ceremonies:
During this all-star awards ceremony, we will recognize the best of the DEMOfall 09 demonstrator class as well as honor notable DEMO alumni for their significant contributions in the areas of innovation and technology.

4:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Demonstration Pavilion Open & Refreshments (Tented Pavilion)

6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Tear down begins. Demonstrator area must be vacated, with boxes packed and ready to ship by 8:00 pm
