Equipment Rental

SmartSource Computer & AV Rentals has successfully supported conventions and trade Shows for over 25 years and has supported the DEMO Conference since 2003. If you need to order equipment (computers, monitors etc.) for your station in the pavilion, they are our preferred vendor.*

Any equipment ordered through SmartSource Computer & AV Rentals will be automatically delivered to your station in time for set up on Monday, September 21 , by 1:00pm. They will have highly trained technicians and experienced show coordinators on site during the conference. When working with SmartSource Computer & AV Rentals, you can be assured that your computers and peripherals will be delivered clean, working and on time.

Subject to availability, any order received after 5pm on September 8 or on the Show Floor may be subject to a 20% late fee.

Please note –you are not required to order equipment through SmartSource Computer & AV Rentals. You may use your own vendor. However, if you use your own vendor, you will need to coordinate equipment delivery with them to the Pavilion on Monday, September 21 between 1:00 - 5:00pm only. You will need to present at the time of delivery.
