Shipping/Drayage

Freeman CompanyFor DEMO, Freeman will be providing the station furniture (black kiosks, chairs, etc.) in the pavilion for each demonstrating company. They will also be managing the shipping and drayage process. If you need to ship equipment/materials to the show, you will need to ship everything to the Freeman warehouse.*

The cost of shipping to/from the Freeman warehouse as well as material handling charges incurred from bringing each shipment from the Freeman warehouse to the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina will be each demonstrator company’s responsibility. Pricing can be found in the kit below or by calling Freeman at 714-254-3446.

Shipments must be received at the Freeman warehouse between August 21 & September 17. Shipments will not be accepted at show site (Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina ). The Freeman and DEMO staff will bring all materials to each demonstrator station in time for set up on Monday, September 21 at 1:00 pm.

Please note: The items you ship to the Freeman warehouse will be accessible starting at 1:00 pm on Monday, September 21 at your station in the pavilion. If any items are needed before that time, it is suggested you hand carry those items if possible. If that is not an option, please contact Jackie DiPerna as soon as possible.

Please note: You are not required to ship your outbound materials through Freeman. You may also do it directly through the hotel. If you choose to use the hotel, visit the business center when onsite to make arrangements. All pick-ups through your preferred shipping company should be arranged after 6:30 pm on September 23.
