By registering for DEMO, you accept the following terms:
All contact information and demographic questions have been answered correctly and to the best of your knowledge.
By submitting your registration, you understand that you may receive event updates and invitations to future conferences.
The information you provide to us is not distributed to any third party.
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
Your conference fee includes all conference materials, and access to general sessions, meals, and social functions. The
registration fee does not include hotel accommodations or companion attendance.
COMPANIONS
Spouses and companions are welcome to attend conference meals and social events. The companion registration fee is $250 and does not
include general session attendance or access to the demonstrator pavilion. If you will be bringing a spouse or companion, please let us know.
HOTEL INFORMATION
A block of rooms has been reserved for DEMO 2009 attendees at a discounted rate of $290 per night, plus tax. Reservations must be made by February 2, 2009 to receive this special rate. After February 2, rates and availability cannot be guaranteed. Please note: Your registration fee does not include hotel accommodations.

CANCELLATIONS AND TRANSFERS
Conference registration fees are refundable, less a $550 service charge, until February 2, 2009. After February 2nd, there are no
refunds for cancellations. All cancellations must be submitted in writing and faxed to 508-766-5316, Attention: DEMO Registrar.
Registrations are transferable; however, you must submit your request in writing by February 22, 2008. If you are unable to
meet this deadline, the person to whom you are transferring your registration must bring your confirmation letter to the conference.
